2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)
Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
Shipping Fee: Free across the UAE
Courier Partners: We use reliable local delivery services
3. International Shipping
Delivery Time: 5–14 business days depending on destination
Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and location
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and local charges may apply. These fees are not included in the order total.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import costs upon delivery.

5. Order Processing Time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
7. Undeliverable Orders
To avoid delays, please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
